Returns Policy
At iole fashion, we believe in offering exclusive, handcrafted fashion pieces that celebrate individuality and tradition. Our products are sourced from small, carefully selected vendors and produced in very limited quantities, meaning they are not mass-produced in factories. Because of this, slight imperfections may occur, adding to the uniqueness of each piece. We want to be transparent about our process, so here’s what you need to know before making a return request:
Minor Imperfections
Given that we focus on exclusivity rather than fast fashion, you may notice small imperfections, such as:
i) Wax markings: These are often used by tailors for measurement purposes and will wash away with the first wash.
ii) Handcrafted nature: Since our items aren’t factory-produced, minor variations in sizes are normal and reflect the hand-picked nature of our collections.
iii) Color Variations: Colors on your screen may appear slightly different from the actual product due to varying display settings. This is a natural difference and does not qualify for a return.
These details are part of the charm of owning a unique iole product, and such items do not qualify for returns.
Size Matters
We highly recommend that customers check the size chart for each product before placing an order. Please be aware:
i) Different cuts may have different fits. For example, while a “Medium” size may have a bust size of 36” in one design, it could be 38” in another.
ii) We aim to accommodate customers who might want specific designs in alternate fits, so it’s important to review the size chart carefully for each product.
No Returns for Inner Garments
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for inner garments. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
How to Raise a Return Request
If you encounter serious issues such as:
i) Damaged material or noticeable quality issues,
ii) Incorrect fit, despite following the size chart,
iii) Any other substantial defect,
You can raise a return request in two simple ways:
1. Send us an email with a clear photo of the issue.
2. Use the “Raise a Return” option on our website.
Please note that return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item with its label intact, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. The refund will only be processed after our team has inspected the product and confirmed that it is in its original, unused condition.
