At iole fashion, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Our processing times vary depending on the type of product you order:

In-Stock Products

For products that are in stock, orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is placed.

Printed-on-Demand Products

Some of our products (including certain t-shirts, tank tops, crop tops, all-over printed jackets, mobile cases, notebooks, and coffee mugs) are printed on demand. These items require additional processing time and are typically processed within 3-5 business days and shipped within one week of the order date.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We work with reliable courier services to ensure your package reaches you safely and on time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

     i) Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

     ii) Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (where available)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances or during peak seasons.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can easily track your package in two ways:

     i) On our website: Log into your iole fashion account and visit the order tracking section to view real-time updates on your package’s status and location.

     ii) Courier’s website: Use the provided tracking number directly on the courier’s website for detailed tracking information.

5. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to all countries. However, please note that while we ship globally, our payment options are currently available in three currencies: Indian Rupee (INR), Singapore Dollar (SGD), and US Dollar (USD). Customers from other countries may be required to pay in one of these currencies.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
